Coordinated Entry

The 3 County CoC implements a "No Wrong Door" Coordinated Entry system with customized housing tracks for people who are experiencing chronic homelessness, veterans, families, and youth/young adults.  Households who are most at risk from homelessness, including those who are living outdoors and/or who have the longest length of time homeless, are prioritized for permanent housing according to their needs and preferences.

Housing options and matches are discussed during subregional weekly case conference meetings - in Berkshire County, Franklin County, and Hampshire County.  Details are here.
